401 Productions is currently producing the Marketing/Promotional CD, “MIC” (Musically Independent Compilation) – a compilation featuring the foremost in singer-songwriters/alternative artists. The CD is scheduled as an insert in a major Los Angeles-based music-industry magazine and will also be distributed through Tower Records Regional Event Coordinators.

The project is spearheaded by Dan Del Campos, who has a background in music journalism, public relations, marketing and experience as a professionally signed artist.

The impetus behind the compilation is to promote talented established and up-and-coming artists in this genre. Acts will be chosen according to appropriate style and content.
